  • How Do I Get Started?

  • Is There A Contract?

    Top Level eMarketing does not require a contract. However, there is a Terms and Conditions agreement which needs to be agreed to. It entitles us to permission for us to place your business information and content where it needs to be on the Internet. Also we continually market and maintain your business information on a monthly basis. We also update your material as needed or requested by you. The agreement specifies the details of the recurring payment option. It also explains which services Top Level eMarketing is providing for your company along with some other basic information.

  • What are my payment options?

    Simple… We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Another payment method accepted is check. If we set you up on a recurring payment plan, we will need a credit card on file enabling services to continue monthly.

  • What if TLeM changes pricing?

    As TLeM’s client base continues to grow, so does our staff, which means more cost to us, ultimately forcing us to pass the expense to our new customers. However, if you get involved with us sooner than later ,  your pricing will remain lower than new clients for the life of your account with us. If you decide to terminate services and join our program again at a later date, we will not be able to hold your rate. You will have to get involved at the then going rate which can be significantly higher.

  • Does Top Level eMarketing offer financing?

    Top Level eMarketing has a payment plan for all of our customers. The split payments require a credit card on file so we can set you up on recurring payments. We offer the plan on most all of our products and services.

  • Is my credit card information safe?

    Yes. We use various different payment processing centers, like PayPal , 2 Check Out or Google Checkout . Each company we use is carefully chosen and one of the major requirements we have is the company encrypts personal information. Your information is not stored anywhere else.

  • Can I see my website design live before I purchase?

    Yes. We'll send you a link with a mock-up version of a website or mobile app for your business. In fact, once the mock-up is complete, you will be able to view it live for 10 days.

  • What do I do if I have questions?

    The quickest way for answers:


    First check our  FAQ’s section. You may find an answer right away. Check back often, we are adding to the FAQ’s section all the time. Click here to submit a request.


    • Existing customers  will be assigned an account manager which you can contact for the answers to your questions, although your account manager will continually be in contact with you on a regular basis. Or feel free to  contact us  via email or phone.
    • Not yet a customer and have questions? Feel free to contact us here.
  • How will I know when Top Level eMarketing releases new products or services?

    When we introduce a new product or service we will make announcements via email to you. We will place it in our Blog  section and insert the new product description in our services section of the our site.

    • You will only receive an email from us if you are on our emailing list so sign up for our Blog today.
    • Existing customers will also be informed by their account manager.
  • How soon will I see results?

    Seeing results with the program varies. It all depends on the products you choose to get involved with. In some cases you will see instant results. Some other parts of the program require set up time and indexing by search engines. We work diligently on getting the best and the quickest results. Or should we say, “Top Level Results”?

  • Can I change my existing package?

    Absolutely! If you feel at anytime you would like to enter into a more aggressive marketing solution, we can help. Also If you think you have too much, let us know and we can change that as well.

  • I have an older website. Can it be updated?

    Your current website can certainly be updated. We would need some easy to get information from you including a chat with your webmaster. After that we can take over. Due to certain requests and the flexibility of our websites and the talent of our TLeM designers and developers, it may be better to just start from the ground up. You’ll be very pleased you did.

  • How will I know if the marketing program is working?

    There are several ways you can tell if the program is working. One of the best ways to see, is to ask your account manager to discuss results. Another good way to tell, is to offer a coupon and see what comes in. You can also use a loyalty program that we offer to keep track of the results. There is no wrong or right.

  • What if I am not happy with your services?

    We do everything we can to make our customers happy. Our retention rate is extremely high and way above industry standards. We pride ourselves on customer service and relationship building. However, if you are completely unsatisfied with our marketing services, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it better.

  • What happens with my domain?

    Most of our customers let us host the websites domain because  it  is one less thing to think about. We auto renew hundreds of domains for our customers on our coin. If you feel you would like to host your own domain, that is fine too. We would need to give you instructions on how to link your domain to your website.
